A total of 33 undergraduate students of both genders from different educational programs such as Natural Sciences, Business Administration, and Education participated in the study. An open ended questionnaire, focus groups, and observations during one semester were used to collect the necessary data. The findings of the study show that the Sport Education Model promotes the development of critical thinking skills, responsibility, interpersonal relationships, and motivation. El proyecto esfuerzo es un programa de d\u00eda extendido que utiliza el modelo TPSR como fundamento. La literatura ha demostrado que los programas TPSR y el Proyecto<\/p><p>Esfuerzo han tenido un impacto positivo en la vida de los participantes. El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio fue investigar qu\u00e9 valores promocionados por el modelo TPSR hab\u00edan aprendido los que fueron participantes a trav\u00e9s del Proyecto Esfuerzo y a trav\u00e9s de otras v\u00edas, y c\u00f3mo estos valores hab\u00edan guiado su vida. Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un estudio de caso m\u00faltiple para entender este fen\u00f3meno. Los resultados mostraron que los antiguos participantes consideraron que cuatro valores TPRS (esto es, respeto, esfuerzo, auto-direcci\u00f3n, ayudar a los dem\u00e1s) eran realmente importante para sus vidas. Tambi\u00e9n indicaron que aprendieron en el proyecto esfuerzo valores del TPRS como ayudar a los dem\u00e1s y de liderazgo. Estos participantes indicaron que en el Proyecto Esfuerzo hab\u00edan aprendido habilidades del TPRS para la vida tales como ser reflexivos, trabajar en equipo y el establecimiento de objetivos. Los valores del TPSR ayudar a los dem\u00e1s y ser reflexivo que aprendieron en el Proyecto Esfuerzo fueron las m\u00e1s \u00fatiles para los participantes.
